“Pack the bags, Nursie – we’re off to Sherwood Forest to
join Robin Hood and his band of Merry Men!”
And with those words, Maid Marion, sick to death of being cooped up in Nottingham Castle listening to the evil Sheriff’s interminable proposals of marriage and with her faithful old retainer in tow, sets off on the adventure of a lifetime. She wants to feel the wind in her hair and sleep out under the stars, with the little creatures of the forest for company. Besides she’s ready to fall in love and she’s heard that Robin Hood is just that little bit drop-dead gorgeous!
